Marbella Live grew out of a decade of Costa del Sol weddings, and out of watching couples and planners stitch four separate suppliers together themselves.
Most events buy entertainment in pieces: a ceremony musician from one place, a saxophonist from another, a DJ from a third, and production from whoever the venue recommends. Each is fine on its own. The gaps between them are where days go wrong, because nobody owns the handover, nobody tested the microphone, and the set starts before the speeches finished.
It grew out of the musicians and performers we kept booking alongside each other, because the nights were better when the music never stopped between acts. Ten years of Costa del Sol events later - villas, fincas, beach clubs and ballrooms, terrace dinners to several hundred guests - that is still the whole idea: one team who know each other's cues, rather than four suppliers meeting for the first time in your venue.
